About Todd Hudson

Todd Hudson is the Founder and CEO of Viking Finance Group and a recognized financial executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience across alternative lending, equipment finance, specialty finance, operations, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate development.

Throughout his career, Todd has held senior executive positions with Newcourt Fiancial, Element Financial, ECN Capital, and Pivotal Capital. He also founded and led Hathway Financial and contributed to the industry through the Canadian Finance & Leasing Association.

With more than $25 billion in career originations, Todd has built and scaled financial businesses, with 18 integrated strategic mergers and acquisitions, and has developed platforms capable of operating at significant scale. At Viking Finance Group, he brings this experience and network directly to every engagement, helping business owners, executives, lenders, and investors navigate complex financing challenges, identify opportunities, and turn promising conversations into successful transactions.
